Rebecca also has a strong commitment to the community and has been involved with a number of not-for-profit organizations since 1997. In addition, as a founding member of BNI Money Magnets in Hamilton, part of an international networking organization dedicated to the Giver's Gain philosophy, which is right up Rebecca's ally, she has access to a wide range of experts in all areas of business – locally and across the globe.
Most recently, Rebecca and Kyle started a series of workshops called "Feed Your Soul" - focusing on topics such as investor knowledge and growth as well as health, wellness, and lifestyle initiatives -- and there's much more to come. They created these workshops to provide clients, colleagues, friends, and family with an opportunity to connect with others on a deeper level. Life can be challenging, and the Fosters always look for ways to help.
Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys quality time with her busy family – including 4 teens, 3 dogs, and Kyle. She also enjoys horseback riding, working out, and staying active.
Rebecca is a true people person with a strong professional background in marketing, sales, promotions, public relations and corporate communications. She has a deep understanding of the importance of sound communication for any successful relationship and this is reflected in both her personal and professional philosophies.

Kyle Foster, BA Broker
Kyle Foster is an experienced real estate professional with over 20 years in the business. He prioritizes the needs of his clients and has a knack for finding practical solutions for challenging situations. Kyle is also skilled at connecting his clients with the right service providers to meet their needs.
As a lifelong resident of Hamilton, Kyle is an expert in the Hamilton and Burlington real estate market. He is dedicated to helping his clients navigate the buying or selling process successfully. Kyle takes the time to understand the needs of his clients and develops a personalized plan of action. His commitment to his clients is demonstrated by the fact that the majority of his clientele is from referrals by past clients.
Kyle has received recognition and awards for his sales achievements and consistently ranks in the top percentile in Canada for sales.
On a personal level, Kyle is a family man with four active teenagers who keep him busy. He also believes strongly in giving back to the community and supports many local initiatives.
